version 2.13.0: Off-budget Account Transfers

🎉 What's New

Off-budget transfers: You can now make transfers between on-budget and off-budget accounts. Doing so will require you to select a Category for where the money is coming from. For example, you'll transfer $300 from Checking to Auto Loan account, and then select your Auto Loan category.
Multi-month range reports: Reports now support date ranges spanning multiple months, with presets like 3 Months, Year to Date, and All Time.

Quick split access on web: A split button now appears directly in the category picker on transaction rows, so you can jump into split mode without extra taps.

Fixed YNAB imports failing when dates were formatted as YYYY/MM/DD
Fixed income being counted twice in multi-month reports
Fixed transfers flipping the from/to accounts when opened from the destination side (iOS)
