Update v1.65.0

🔨 Starting-balance & balance-adjustment transaction updates

Previously, the "Income" category was assigned to these types of transactions. That didn't make sense. Now, no category is needed. This should clean things up a bit and make it easier to understand. Plus, new emojis! Previously the 💰 emoji for both. Now 🏦 and ⚖️.

🔨 Improve UI smoothness

Previously, the animation when tapping on a category on the budget tab would jump a bit. Now, should be completely smooth! 💪
