Since I get paid middle of the month, I need my Budget to be from 15. until 15., not first til last of one month.

I want to poke at your idea of what envelope budgeting should be. To me, envelope budgeting should not care about when you get paid. I get paid bi-weekly, some people weekly, some monthly, other who are contractors might get paid at strange intervals like every few months.
That means, envelope budgeting needs to work for every system.
The monthly breakdown of the budget is more-so focused toward your bills, not your income. Most bills are monthly, like Rent, electricity, car payment, subscriptions, etc. The idea of breaking it out from 15th-15th would make tracking your income a little easier, but I'm not seeing a benefit for tracking expenses.
Let me know your thoughts here. How do you expect it would work with a 15th-15th structure?
