Add delete option for planned transactions in web app

Users should be able to delete planned transactions directly from the Kualia web application, similar to the functionality available on the mobile app. Currently, there is no delete option for planned transactions in the web app, which creates an inconsistent user experience and limits user control for those who primarily use the web interface. This feature would enhance usability and align the web application with the mobile experience.

There is a delete option in the 3-dot button menu on the Planned Transaction details page, or you can now right-click to show the delete option.
